   » Full Job Description
1) Draws up specifications and instructions for installation of Shelter and Pre- Engineered Steel Buildings, (LGSS) Light Guage Steel Structure.
2) Takes measurements.
3) Estimates materials, equipment, incidentals needed for installation and market survey for costing
4) Draws General arrangement drawings and master sketch of the buildings
5) Makes other drawings, such as pertaining to structural, wiring connections and cross sections of walls, roofs, ceiling, windows, doors, etc.
6) May draft sketches to scale.
7) May estimate labor and material costs, using price lists for preparing the BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
