Jobs By This Recruiter Job Description . » Document activities such as events, field visits, campaigns etc. through photography and videography. » Ensure high quality of the photo materials appropriate for printing, publishing and web / design purposes. » Possess excellent story-telling expertise and capability to translate expert expertise in video language that can be understood by non-expert audiences. » Proven capability in photography, videography and capability to assimilate and communicate complex visual messages in an engaging and user-friendly manner. » Generate compelling photography to illustrate specific stories. » Ensure dignity of subjects, particularly in the context of vulnerable groups. » Develop a distinct aesthetic using photographic images and video footage to enhance MoRD brand identity. » Provide fully edited videos including subtitles in English & Hindi or voice comments/narratives. » Edit videos and adapt them to the required formats for distribution on various channels, add subtitles in Hindi/English, insert additional frames, colour filters, logos and special effects as requested. Other/Special Requirements . Minimum 3 years of practice in photography, video production and FCPX editing for social media. 3 years practice in documentary films, TV Programs and 3-4 min films.
