Jobs By This Recruiter Job Description . • Create and maintain high standards of creative designs and ensure that only the best work is released. • Independently perform medium to high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive and customer centric while following the brand style guide. • Incorporate creative execution best practices to ensure high-volume designs are delivered in a timely manner. • Present work to design teams, user practice teams and key stakeholders for review and feedback while staying customer obsessed. • Collaborate with peers and goal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, cohesive creative deliverables that are well-documented and ready for execution. • Work with a wide variety of media and use graphic design software. • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts. • Amend final designs to client comments and gain full approval. • Assist in implementation of new design processes to support business initiatives and goals. • capability to formulate briefs, ideate and help the team come up with the unique ideas. Other/Special Requirements . • Minimum of 2-3 years of equivalent and proven work practice in respective fields. • Highly proficient in CorelDraw • Digital platform design practice and knowledge for cross platform design guidelines • Proven capability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet tight deadlines.
