This position requires a creative and entrepreneurial thinker who can conceive of campaigns and communication of the brand. She/He will be responsible for creating impressive and innovative ideas to develop advertising campaigns, set designs, or layout options and adapt the latest designs to the changing technology used in their industry. She/He will work closely with the creative director to schedule and monitor all projects and provide detailed direction to the design team. this function will be reporting directly to the CMO.
? Develop all creative collaterals for brands under Heads Up For Tails which includes but not limited to online advertising, in-store, social media, publications, designing all press releases, campaign PR look books, advertisements, releases
? Design and supervise all brand collaterals, Lead Digital Creative, and update all sites with new creatives.
? Conceive campaigns for the brand which include product launches, season launches, brand stories, CSR initiatives, etc.
? The campaigns are to be disseminated through a 360-degree approach across all brand touchpoints. This involves integrating customer practices through online, in-store, offline, PR, and advertising.
? Organize, direct, and motivate other artists. They need to articulate their visions to artists and supervise the work as Information technology progresses.
? Coordinate with marketing, digital and visual merchandising team to develop creative strategies
? Work with merchandising and design teams to deliver trend-driven product lines.
? Creative direction for campaign shoots
? Work with stylists, photographers, photo studios, etc to develop all brand-related images
? Develop templates for all departments including visual merchandising & digital.
? Design software skills- Excellent knowledge of design software Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
? Should have a strong knowledge of digital mediums, visual aesthetics of digital platforms.
? Prior practice in Art Direction in publishing, advertising, or related
? industry mandatory
? Bachelorâ€™s degree in an art or design subject
? Preferred fields including fashion, lifestyle publication, advertising, graphic design company, or similar.
? Prior team leading practice & liaising with various departments
