The company is searching for an practiced Performance Marketing Head. In this position, you will be responsible for our overall strategies in user acquisition and brand consciousness across all viable channels.Your tasks will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our marketing campaigns across all strategic channels. Our ideal candidate is Somebody with practice in iterative user acquisition techniques to optimize our ROI. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical expertise.
? Driving Brand Initiatives, Campaign Planning, Media Strategy, Execution, and Performance Tracking.
? Own entire lifecycle of all marketing campaigns, including overall strategy and design, day-to-day management, execution, analysis, and continuing optimization
? Manage and improve performance in organic and paid search, including design and implementation of SEO and SEM optimization tactics
? Plays a major analytical function in tracking and monitoring program performance against the businessâ€™s overall goals and objectives.
? You will also be responsible for weekly/monthly/annual policy and quote forecasts for all of the businessâ€™s products, and evaluate scenarios for ROI performance.
? Collaborates with senior leadership abilities in order to define strategic objectives, marketing budgets, and success metrics.
? practice in a Performance Marketing mandate of a known consumer brand is a must.
? Perform A/B testing of key marketing materials and strategies in order to drive continuing campaign optimization
? Should know how to scale a brand and should have managed large budgets and indirect capacity.
? Responsible for day-to-day performance marketing on Google and Manage web analytics and tag manager â€“ Implementation and analysis,
? Should be able to create and optimize campaigns for Google Ads, Quora Ads, Adroll, and Perfect Audience.
? Analyze the traffic and achieve the goals set (Lead and conversion-located campaigns)
? Form Leads, Audience Targeting, and Conversion Optimization for Google Ads.
? Manage Text, Display, Video ads for all the platforms mentioned above.
? Able to Re-market ads for Website visitors, Custom affinity, Intent, and Lookalike Audiences.
? Establish processes for monitoring, measurement, and optimization of performance marketing metrics that correlate to business.
? Research competition, investigate and set benchmarks, and deliver on strategies for improvement while maintaining the market leadership abilities position.
? Proven working practice in digital marketing
? Demonstrable practice leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
? practice in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
? Highly creative with practice in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
? practice in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
? practice with A/B and multivariate experiments
? Solid expertise of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
? Working expertise of ad serving tools
? Strong analytical expertise and data-driven thinking
? Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
