Jobs By This Recruiter Job Description . • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. • Design, build and maintain our social media presence. • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance located on the insights. • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. • Utilise strong analytical capability to evaluate end-to-end customer practice across multiple channels and customer touch points. • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership abilities and perspective for adoption where appropriate. • Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy. • Manage and maintain the campaigns on websites, Amazon, Flipkart, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. • Manage the creation of significant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms. • Manage and optimise social media marketing campaigns and media. • Manage media planning. • Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms. • Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions. • Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimisation plans. • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team. • Implement digital marketing campaigns (Push Notifications, sms, whatsapp) on time by coordinating with various stakeholders. • Manage campaign performance by regular monitoring, reporting, and analysis. • Conduct broad A/B tests to improve conversion rates, campaign ROI, and overall growth • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights. • End-to-end funnel measurement to understand gaps in customer acquisition journey and identify areas of improvement. • Closely monitor events, funnels in marketing automation to find gaps and highlight to significant team members. • Be comfortable using Apple Mac/iOS systems Appropriate qualifications . » Graduate / Post graduate practice: . » 3 to 5 yrs.
