Jobs By This Recruiter Job Description . We are seeking to hire one Creative Director - Art with an practice of 10-12 years of working in an advertising agency. Should be able to: • Develop and implement the brand design strategy • Lead the creative ideations to work on briefs for existing clients as well as pitches • Create multiple designs and concepts for a campaign/pitch • In-charge of leading the design/creative mandate for the brands/projects assigned • Be responsible for all the creative work sent to client • Ensuring best in class work is delivered consistently be Information technology advertising or events • Manage all the briefs and ensure all deadlines are met • Should be a good presenter and should be able to independently push their work • Independently attend client meetings and interact with them to understand the brief and feedback • Should be able to hire/Develop/mentor a team of Visualisers/Art Directors. Should be open to work under pressure • Should be able to work on multiple projects/briefs at the same time. Other/Special Requirements . Should be able to work in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
