Jobs By This Recruiter Job Description . We are seeking to hire one Client Services Director with an practice of 10-12 years of working in an mid sized advertising agency. The primay KRAs will be as follows but not limited to: 1. Take creative briefs from clients/prospects and convert Information technology into creative briefs. Create a dialogue internally with respective teams and ensure the best output is churned and presented to the client 2. Interact daily/regularly with clients/prospects and build relationships with them 3. Closely work with business/creative team and ensure that the ideas / concepts are in line with the briefs and delivered as per the required timeline 4. Handle all end to end operations for the client/brand/projects 5. Think of ways to deliver an exceptional client practice 6. Keep records and documentation of client interactions and competition 7. Should be open to work late nights and travel 8. Should be able to write and make effective presentations. This is a must. 9. Should be creatively inclined and be able to persuade clients with their viewpoints. 10. Should be able to hire, develop and mentor a team of executives. Set KRAs 11. Will work closely with business team on pitches/projects. 12. Should be able to handle multiple projects at the same time 13. Should look for developing new business or identifying new clients and will be responsible for managing the P&L 14.
