Jobs By This Recruiter Job Description . • Interact with clients / brand managers / product managers and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met • Understand client’s brief and convert Information technology to creative briefs • Manage and set timelines for the team and for the briefs • Closely work with creative team and ensure that the ideas / concepts are in line with the briefs • Constantly lgain and update on marketing techniques and advertising mediums • Handle all end to end operations on the brand • supervise a team of Client Servicing Executive’s and ensure they are working as per set KPI’s and timelines • Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client practice • Develop and supervise the implementation of client service protocols • Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner • Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals • Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes • Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement Other/Special Requirements . • Min 4 years of practice in a mid-size or large agency • Should have worked on retail or electronic brands • Should have handled a team of min 2 Client Servicing Executives • Must be well-versed with print and digital media • A Bachelor’s Degree holder with exceptional academic records Appropriate qualifications . » A Bachelor’s Degree holder with exceptional academic records practice: . » 4 to 6 yrs.
