â€¢ Follow-up and proactively pitch for query/new business. Adding at least 1-2 new client in a colander.
â€¢ Making Presentation with creative ideas and present Information technology to the clients.
â€¢ Communicating the clear briefs to internal teams and ensuring smooth execution of project.
â€¢ Preparing pitch for events as per the client requirements and handle multiple accounts.
â€¢ Actively participate in new clients pitching and their requirement for event services.
â€¢ Actively participate in development of Brand/Communication strategies located on clients- marketing objectives.
â€¢ Understand the client's need and making Information technology available platform for client servicing and Operations Team
â€¢ Keeping oneself updated on latest technologies being used for events now a days.
â€¢ Work on campaigns, handle client meetings, take briefs and present the Agency's recommendations on such assignments.
â€¢ To prepare briefs for events, compile information to support development of work for the client.
â€¢ Ensuing proper feedback to team members on closure of activity.
â€¢ Ensure timely release of Purchase Orders from client.
â€¢ Generate invoices and follow up with payments.
