  Job title : Workforce administration associate
 Hands on practice for minimum 6 Months is compulsory on the below mentioned expertise

Post Employee Onboarding, Global practice Like UK,USA, UAE , HR Support function, HR Backend,HRMS, Employee Grievance handling,
  JD & Responsibility:
International HR ops function
» In-depth knowledge of HRO processes - Hire to retire operations
» Candidate Should possess specialty in any one area mentioned below
» Comp Admin
» Employee Data Management or Employee Database
» Employee relation
» Leave of Absence
» Performance & Succession
» Query management or Customer Voice Support ( Call Handling )
» Hands on practice in using the tool hrms / hris
» Employee Relations,
» Induction Program
» Compensation Management
» Employee Grievances handling with the employees directly.
Candidate Specification :
Candidates from Core International BPO HR Operations or from corporate HR practice background recommendable.
» Looking for Minimum of 1 to 3 years of work practice from a BPO Industry or from Core corporate HR Function with HRBP back ground.
» Candidate should be willing to get into international BPO HR Operations
» Candidate should be willing to work in Rotational Night shifts.
» Candidate should possess excellent communication expertise.
» Strong MS Office and Excel expertise
 
Education Equivalent
  Any Graduate and above with Min 1 Year to 5 yrs practice in HR Operations
  income

Upto Rs 35000 depends on your Interview and your previous income
  shift is usa timezone(night shift)
  Candidate will be on the Payroll of Hinduja Global Solutions for a renewable contract after 1 Year.
