Job Description Key responsibilities - Participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels /advisors during the entire contracting process- Identify and recommend solutions to contractual, commercial and operational risks in contracts- Review agreements, contracts, RFPs and RFQs with external stakeholders to safeguard legal interests and mitigate future risks- Work closely with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, negotiate and finalize agreements, letters of intent, commercial proposals, etc.- Draft and review legal documents like MOUs, Agreements, POAs, Plaints, Complaints, Written Statements, Counter Claims, Replies, Rejoinder, Affidavits, etc. - Ensure strict adherence to legal and compliance standards and procedures - - Review and handle litigations under civil, criminal and commercial laws on behalf of the organization and represent the organization in Arbitration matters --- Responsible for compilation of stamp-duty rates applicable across various states of business operations and communicate the same to Product Heads and Branches- Coordinate with Regional Legal Executives for MIS development and compilation of the same- Circulate information on various laws laid down by High Courts/ Supreme Courts / National & State Consumer Commissions/ NCLT/ Magistrate Courts on issues and operations related to the Company Please Note : - income as per practice.
