Job Description Our client is a Community Commerce company that focuses on fashion and accessories. As Sr Warehouse Manager , you will be ensuring proper upkeeping of the warehouse to highest quality standards Accurately and efficiently control of process parameters - Inward, Picking, Packing, Billing and monitoring them regularly. Mentoring, coaching and motivating the employees to meet their KRA's. You will be coordinating with 3PL services & should be able to work with their portal for information exchange. Responsible for Dispatching Activities What you will do: » Managing day-to-day warehouse activities. » Maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, moving, checking and storing of incoming/outgoing material (in-warding process & dispatch process) » Arranging for items (products) to be placed in the designated areas. » Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity type and acceptable quality. » Packaging and labelling products before they are dispatched. » Helping to ship out everyday dispatches i.e., ensuring that the respective order is executed » Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day. » Supervising the work of junior staff. » Ensuring smooth everyday work of warehouse operations, controlling, managing and monitoring inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels, ensure all deliveries are dispatched on time, coordinate with the Logistics Manager and management » for any requirements. » Ensuring completion of warehouse activities within TAT and meeting the defined SLA's. » Defining the KRA's of the team members and monitoring them regularly.
