Inviting applications for the function of Management Trainee, Quality In this function, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications. Responsibilities » Preparation of training curriculum and content to cater to the needs of the business. » Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment » Must be a trainer that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/her » conduct, work ethic, integrity and character » Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics » Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs in support of the organization s needs. » Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs » Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and » delivery of corporate training programs and strategies » Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs » Partner with Product Managers & Operations team to develop and deliver high quality training » Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the capability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment » Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings. Qualifications Minimum qualifications » Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) with impeccable fluency in English & Hindi languages.Preferred qualifications » significant practice in a customer service Comms Training function chat/email/voice, in international contact centers (inbound/outbound) » Strong knowledge on cultural aspects and sensitivities of different geographical locations (especially North America, UK & APAC regions) » Effective probing skills and analyzing / knowledge skills » Problem solving skills with customer centric approach » Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent » Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift) » Strong attention to detail.
