Manager- Category Management Indirect Sourcing In this function you will be responsible for the management of procurement functions across all categories (Indirect & Direct), drive effective governance among onshore/offshore partners and support team to identify the savings opportunities, negotiate with suppliers and drive savings by demonstrating the market conditions and by implementing the right strategy. This also involves spot buy negotiations require along with building and managing contract workspace in Ariba and Support onshore teams. Responsibilities » Assist with market intelligence capture: use Company (where available) and Contractor market intelligence sources to generate reports to support sourcing activities Analyzing supplier performance and Sourcing process management » Assist in developing Should-Cost models, price adjustment formulas, and inflation comparison models » Track and report spend and changes to spend by supplier, category and sub-category » Track and report supplier performance, including compliance to contractual terms and conditions, preferred supplier KPIs/SLAs » Support category managers in new supplier evaluation and request process, and perform due diligence for all new suppliers » Conduct research as required on suppliers, supply market trends, etc » Project management which will include developing project plans, processes, and timeline » Design, manage, and run customized reports for category managers, directors, and executives » Liaison with Information technology to ensure necessary data requirements and increase knowledgebase of how data flows, where Information technology is stored, and how to access Information technology in our enterprise system » Assist in developing commercial evaluation criteria » Supplier Segmentation support » Identify & implement standardization within process QualificationsMinimum Qualifications » Any Graduate (B.Tech Preferred) » Good in Project Management & execution » Exposure to Spend Analytics » Good knowledge of transformation initiatives in Procurement and spend optimization programs such as Zero-located Budgeting » Bachelor university degree and Master s degree, Tier 1 Business Schools Preferred » Excellent Interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications » Exposure to Opportunity assessment in Professional Services Category or MRO & Facilities » Knowledge of systems landscape in S2P space » Prepare clear and concise reports.
