Come, transform with us.Are you the one We are seeking for We are inviting applications for the function of AM, Graphics Driver support In this function, you will be responsible to Provide support to OEM clients to resolve Intel platform graphics related issues Responsibilities » Support in resolving Graphics related issues raised by OEM customers » Documents graphics test results in standard format » Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner, ensuring optimum customer practice » Support any specific technical queries from customers related to graphics driver and related modules Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications » Bachelor OF Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or similar engineering disciplines. » Rich practice in Graphics Driver validation and Triage. » Very good problem solving attitude and debug skills in root causing complex failures using debug tools & debug methodologies. » Taking ownership of bugs and following them to closure. » Windows OS expertise » Graphics driver & Audio codec » Hybrid Graphics, Bios and Firmware, Regression Testing » expertise on benchmark test » expertise on Excel & power point » Log Analysis » ETL, GPU, Event, CP. » BSOD, GSOD and TDR dump analysis » Issue replication and Complete triage » Excellent Communication Preferred qualifications » Prefer candidate familiar with Intel platforms such as Skylake, Kabylake and Coffeelake.
