JOB tasks-As a adjunct HR Manager you have to pursue the following tasks:
1.expertise of HR Policies and HR related regulations.
2.expertise of management principles and practices.
3.Skill in oral and written communication.
4.capability to communicate with employees and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
5.capability to negotiate with others and resolve conflicts,particularly in sensitive situations.
6.Staffing related tasks-Shortlisting and Selection of candidates.
