Jobs By This Recruiter Job Description . • knowledge Clients' business and driving Digital Strategy and campaigns across all digital marketing verticals including websites & apps, SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc. • superviseing operations and client servicing for assigned accounts. • Research and stay updated on current and emerging online trends & best practices specific to digital media and provide recommendations to clients. • Have knowledge of digital media measurements and be able to analyse key trends on the digital initiatives undertaken. • Create strategic roadmaps and ROI reports for digital projects for effective implementation of strategies. • Plan and prepare monthly, quarterly & annual campaign reports and assist in designing roadmaps for the brand. • Communicate briefs effectively to internal creative & development team. • Manage everyday assigned projects/campaigns ensuring highest quality of execution within designated timelines for the approved design and technical solutions. • Be one point of contact for clients – supervise continuing work and new assignments on a day-to-day basis. Also Liaison with clients at a variety of levels and across functions • practice of scoping for digital projects & cross selling. Should also able to present proposals & close deals. • Actively get involved in pitching process, provide key insights, and present a robust plan to prospective clientele. • Plan, create & present roadmaps to prospective client to win new accounts. • Pitching innovative ideas to clients & actively get involved in winning awards for the organisation. • Lead & participate at all stages of the strategising, planning, creative and delivery process. • Should have passion for digital marketing & have sharp knowledge of digital trends to evaluate the impact of ideas shared by team. • Lead the team & empower them to give the best results. • Drive the entire team to stay up-to-date on digital trends & inculcate best practices of digital media amongst team members. • Conduct internal audits, analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather data and determine efficacy and areas for campaign improvement. Other/Special Requirements . • A Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or another significant field • Graduate/Post Graduate with at least 3-5 years of practice in a similar function (Digital/Social/Advertising/Creative/Media Agency) • Excellent Communication expertise - Written/Oral/Presentation. • Familiarity with Digital Production / Operations: - Familiarity with best practices in website development, including uscapability and design - Good knowledge of digital project processes from project scoping and documentation, sitemaps and wireframes through to build is an added bonus • Track Record of prosperous Brand Campaigns and Client Relationships • practice in pitch process • Digital First - Passion for Internet/Digital • Effective Team Leader • capability to decode trends and Analytics from Data • capability to understand Business • Able to train, manage and guide a team of highly skilled individuals Appropriate qualifications . » Graduate/Post Graduate practice: . » 0 to 3 yrs.
