Jobs By This Recruiter Job Description . • Client servicing is a crucial part of the advertising industry. The main aim of this department is to generate more business from the existing clients and also develop the existing customer relationships. • Responding to client queries and service quotation requests from client base. • Working with your team members to monitor and achieve the targets towards client, influencing repeat customers. • Communicating effectively with clients to build strong working relationships, to understand each client’s needs, and to provide service options/guidance for their unique requirements. • Coordinating with various teams within the organization to ensure that our clients get the best possible service practice. • Identifying market trends and providing inputs for print/website/service positioning improvements to the marketing team. • Identifying areas of improvements in services/processes and systems. • Working closely with the design department to help them achieve targets set by the clients. • Contributing to the market growth by influencing necessary and significant changes. • Undertaking additional tasks/projects/initiatives that contribute to the team/organization/market growth Other/Special Requirements .
