Key Responsibilities : Managerial Responsibilities : Licensing of the agent New and vintage agent productivity Maintain healthy renewal business Co-ordination with operations for new business issuance and renewal collection Functional Responsibilities :Co-ordination between customer and PFA for smooth functioning of renewal collection and also for up sale and cross sale prosperous implementation of different sales promotion for the PFA Coaching and mentoring intervention for the PFAS Functional Competencies : Proficiency in computer Good communication expertise Multi function co-ordination Profit driven mindset Self-discipline Behavioral Competencies :People Management Eager to Learn Customer Centric Organizational Relationships : Position reporting to Branch Head. practice :Minimum 3 years sales practice.
