Job Description Hi, We are seeking for Customer Service Associate- WFH (Indore) income Package: Rs. 12000-25000 (Per Month CTC) +Other benefits Joining Date : Immediate joiner ( 1 Week) Job location: Indore (Local Candidates/Near by) Shifts: Any 9 hours Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification should be 10 + 2, Comfortable working in 24/7 shift (Include Night) and Candidate must be a resident of India. Must have PAN Card/All joining documents/Aadhar Card /Bank Account/10th,12th,Graduation Certificate/Mark Sheet/ Last 3 income Slips/practice Certificate/resignation acceptance copy. CSA- are expected to work from a home location approved by company for all scheduled hours. Information technology is the responsibility of the associates to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and 'work-like' environment at home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality. You will receive 1 week of mandated online training, either trainer-led or group-located. CSA- is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all customers. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems.
