Responsibilities include:
An Azure Stack Support Engineer at Mindtree is an exciting & challenging function in the resolution with highly complex, technical, and escalated support incidents related to supporting Azure Stack customers via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels covering various development and deployments.The prosperous candidate has the drive and intellectualhorsepower to resolve the most difficult technical customer issues, often through collaboration with other technical specializations; will be a technical resource for the team regarding case reviews, troubleshooting and effective customer . 
We are seeking for talents that:

Should have good practice in PowerShell
» Should have Technical Troubleshooting Acumen
» Should have expertise about Azure Compute, Storage and Networking
» Should have Good expertise of Virtualization concepts .
» Good expertise of Hyper-V configuration and administration
» Should have Some expertise of Storage Space directs, Clustering, Software-defined network (SDN) and concepts of Windows Server 2016.
» Some practice with networking concepts such as VIPs, Load Balancing, DNS, VPN and Active Directory .
» Strong troubleshooting and communication expertise, 24*7 support model
