function DESCRIPTION
As a Tech. Support Manager, Project management responsibilities include delivering and managing every project on time within budget and scope. Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by effectively managing a team along with connected support projects and processes. this function involves handling critical customer escalations, career development of individuals, and project management processes. Apart from regular day to day activities, the candidate is expected to be involved in strategic planning to grow the team, run projects of organizational importance, guide and mentor next cadre of leadership abilities as per organization values. The candidate is expected to be independent, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and able define and provide a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of world-class support services.
 
practice/expertise Required:
» Graduate in computer science or equivalent degree
» practice with managing critical and complex customer situations or incidents.
» Overall work-practice of 10-16 years with min 5+ years of support or management consulting practice.practice with support tools and phone systems.
» Good technical knowledge on Azure/ O365/ Data & AI will be an added advantage
» Excellent written and verbal communication expertise.
» Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and a keen focus on enhancing customer practice
» Excellent situational consciousness in handling objections in dynamic customer environments.
» Self-motivated, takes initiative, assumes ownership and runs programs with minimal supervision.
» Drive stakeholder engagement across peers and senior management.
» capability to address and effectively engage large audiences and hold their interest.
» Strong Executive presence and excellent convincing expertise; capability to hold own point of view in tough conversations
» Provide guidance, mentoring, training and delegate responsibilities to managers enabling their professional growth and development.
» Strong Escalation management practice with multiple stakeholders including customers and product teams Demonstrated strong work ethic and advanced organizational expertise.
» capability to develop and deliver creative business solutions for complex problems.
» capability to work on competing priorities under tight timelines and delivery pressures. Analytical bent of mind to understand data and derive actionable insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
» Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
» Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
» Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all significant stakeholders and ensuring technical practiccapability
» Ensure resource availcapability and allocation
» Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
» Report and escalate to management as needed
» Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
» Perform risk management to minimize project risks
» Establish and maintain relationships customer.
» Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
