As the Service Delivery Manager , you will be responsible for management of the technical professionals including Key engineers/ Lead engineers and dedicated engineers in their respective teams.This position is primarily responsible for the support of a diverse portfolio of multiple activities including installation, PM, Life cycle support and SPOC for the customers which are located in the respective zone. What you will do: » Submiting AMC and Adhoc calls in time and collecting the amount within 30 days. » Working with Service Head & Project management team and call centre team to achieve the milestones. » Effectively communicating to banks/clients and intern » Building and maintaining strong, competent teams characterized by trust, coordination and open communications. » Maintaining morale and productivity by giving feedback to team members as needed. » knowledge performance appraisal (PMS); Executing and administering quarterly and annual reviews and delivers constructive criticism. » Encouraging performance-oriented culture, recommends annual /mid-term income hikes as per the Compensation & Benefits philosophy. » Effectively recognizing individual and team accomplishments within her/his business function(s). » Proactively working with the Service Head & the Project management team and call centre and Internal various team for activities like resource requirements, job rotations, and attrition avoidance. » Recognizing Top Talent, Critical resources in the teams. » Designing and updating Succession plan for all the critical resources to minimize the business risk Candidate Profile: What you need to have: » 8 years Plus (3 to 5 years managerial function in Banking products domain) » Basic electronics, concepts of the switch, ATM skill sets along with networking skill sets. » Specialty in Banking Self-service products, technology & process. » Strong mindset towards Continuous Improvement (CI) and will be responsible for driving the CI initiatives. » Service delivery manager will report to Service Head. » Must have overall knowledge and practice in Banking self-service products and its standards and Technical Support processes.
