Job Description JD Mandatory expertise Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS Compute/Storage/Networking Private Link Service and Private Endpoints Bastion and communication host Security and Identity Azure Kubernetes Service Desirable expertise: (Good to have expertise) Azure DevOps / Jenkins YAML Pipelines for CI/CD (Primary focus on CD) Terraform Middleware (Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, Tomcat , Jboss ) functions & Responsibilities Azure Cloud IaaS, PaaS, SaaS capability Restart/bounce the Azure components/clusters/VMs Create and manage swap space on deployed cloud system per customer policies In support of the deployed cloud systems and environments, create custom scripts to automate support processes where applicable Solid knowledge of networking and core Internet Protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and routing in distributed networks. Deploy Azure API management services to multiple Azure Region PowerShell and Unix Shell scripting will be added advantage Hands on practice on Creating Resource Group, vNet, Load Balancers, Virtual Machines, Attaching Storage Disks would be added advantage Architectural exposure to Windows or Linux OS Consult for optimal design of application and database environments, analyzing complex distributed production deployments, and making recommendations to optimize performance Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Conduct technical sessions for internal teams, partners and customer Provide Operational Support for our applications by adhering knowledge on DevOps standards [CI/CD process] hosted in Private Cloud and Docker container platform. Provide Operation Support / do automation for well cloud architecture best practices. Provide infrastructure and operation support to all applications moving from virtualization environment to container platform environment.
