Job Description Job description Source to Procure : » Good expertise on Procuring goods/ materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets. covering all non-catalogue transactions. » Act as an interface between suppliers and other significant departments on purchasing processes and new requirements and activities: Vendor Evaluation, Vendor Selection, Due- Diligence and Vendor Registration. » Execute competitive bid events. » Driving change management through education and compliance improvement activities. Sourcing / Bidding: » To Execute RFI, RFQ and RFP through Ariba Tool. Complete expertise of Purchase Order Process (PRPO End to End Cycle). » Non-Disclosure Agreement/ Master service Agreement/ SPA and RSA and advice on any issues which present risk or opportunities to the organization. Negotiation: » Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods. » Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations updating Savings Tracker. » Communicate supplier recommendations to clients located on objective criteria and fit for client business. Vendor Evaluation and Vendor Management: » Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications. Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships » Assess and evaluate suppliers and contribute to executeance reviews to ensure contract compliance. » Contract Creation and Contract Management.
