Sharing brand specific Newsletter or articles on a periodic basis to physicians. Handling Physician queries and providing response from pre-defined FAQs. Responsible for managing the compliance and process adherence Updating on new content on a regular basis. Working on email and oncall queries. Adherence to SLA. capability to interact with stakeholders like physicians, content team Candidate will be handling a team of 20 to 30 people. Should have practice into handling team.
