The trainer will be responsible for evaluating the training needs and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance. Handling induction process across the globe. Develop, coordinate all induction/ training programs and bring about improvement in induction process Ensure change of behavior as required depending on business / client / quality / information security needs through focus group discussions and training programs Participate and develop training programs located training needs; through internal and external programs Deploy training, manage the training effectiveness located on feedbacks Deploy training programs located on client and business needs Should have exposure in conducting PM Trainings. Will be working on HR Analytics which focusses on providing analytics solutions to help make data-driven decisions Excellent Communication skills. Project management skills Exp - 3- 5 yrs. Excellent public speaking skills Excellent excel & presentation skills Should have managed training independently Should have analytics bent of mind.
