Description

US Direct Live Support (BPO). Candidates with good command over English and some computer proficiency with preferably BA / MA English Literature background.

Work timing would be United States EST zone from Monday to Friday, 4:30 pm to 2:30 am IST (5:30 pm to 3:30 am IST during Daylight Saving).

This is a non-voice BPO project.

Selected candidates would be provided training and once the training is completed prosperously, they would be given the option to work in the house.
