These requests include resolving and/or completing service requests and working collaboratively with the team members, other internal teams, Third Party vendors or Client. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist client with Admin activities (especially Document Mgmt) related to onboarding, people movement and benefits administration.Understand & perform the full range of Workforce Administration processes (Employee Life cycle) which includes, onboarding the candidate, people movement & benefits administrationHave customer facing practice & practice of using telephony to speak with clientsRead, understand and analyze client process as per the business rules.Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands-on processor.Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.Participate in client conference calls and prepare minutes of meeting.Ensure LWIs are followed and updated regularly and train the team members on process updates.Perform Root Cause Analysis on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls JOB Title : Workforce Administration Analyst LEVEL - 11 (Onboarding, People Movement, Employee & Employment Data Management) Max income:29K (CTC per month) practice 2 years to 4 years of HR practice Workforce administration practice is a plus Workday practice is a plus HR Domain certification would be a plus Strong MS Office and Excel expertise Any Graduates/Post Graduates. Job Description The Performance & Career Mgmt. Analyst will interact with client resources via email, phone call, instant messaging, etc. and will be responsible for that interaction till all significant actions are completed on it. Key ResponsibilitiesRead, understand and analyze client process as per the business rules as a subject matter expert.Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands-on processor.Master the given process and help the team members to overcome process related queriesEscalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.Support Team lead / Manager with everyday stats / reporting and MOS.Complete training need analysis for the team on timely manner through quality reports and expertise tests Create effective QC and Audit mechanism within process to ensure delivery on SLAs.Assist in training/educating HRO personnel on learning and acquired expertise in process.Assist client with Admin activities (especially Document Mgmt) related to onboarding / People movements and benefits administration.Support Client with the Admin activities related to executeance mgmt.
