Job Description Hi WE have an excellent opportunity for "Agency Development Manager" Work practice : 1 Year to 5 Year practice House wifes who are interested and below the age of 39 yrs can also apply for this post income : 200,000 To 3,50,000 P.a + attractive incentives Responsible for:- Agent Recruitment Agent Development Meeting Business goals KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents. Ensure product expertise by ways of training. Field demonstration (FODs). Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals. Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans. Ensure Company's product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms. Hold periodical customer meet to understand customers' pulse and product needs. Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per standard. Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduate / Post graduate with good practice in sales OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: HO co-ordination Sales promotion activities Assist in overall running of the Office practice- 6 months-5 years in Sales MINIMUM/SPECIFIC practice: Graduate Minimum of 2 to 3 yrs of practice in sales and sales management, recruitment, supervision and development of people, Preferably in BFSI.
