We are Opening for Sr. Strategic Sourcing manager Job description Understand and Achieve Targets Set for the individual Involvement in making Processes for simplifying the Project execution to meet the Service SLA. Continuous interaction with the operations and planning team to understand the needs and Faster action the same. MIS: involvement in making MIS format, Update the MIS, Review with the Project Manager, Planning. Involvement in setting objectives to meet the BU, ISCM - HAIL, ISCM -EMEAI Targets, Continuously review the same Get competitive bids, negotiate for price, delivery , warranty and other terms, fill PO placement forms, Release PO's for supply and Install, Certify the Vendor Bills. E auction for better productivityMust be able to work under pressure to cater to requirements of HBS business pre bid support and f new vendor development Needs to have sound expertise of the vendor base - expertise of vendors and Products required in Building automation industry is an advantage. Should be able to handle Multitasking & should have analytical decision maker Achieve KRA's, Making reviews Facing Internal and External Audits on Process Compliances Tax planning so that maximum benefit can be availed Vendor Selection and Vendor development in regions Taxation, Terms and conditions, Procurement Policies, Negotiable. Must be a strong negotiator with excellent communication and interpersonal expertise. Framing the exact requirement/specification along with user Finalizing different commercial terms and conditions Monitoring the delivery in case of supply Monitoring the implementation of the activities finalized Providing material availcapability information Resolving the payment issues - Invoice error clarification and resolution Manages inventory levels by assuring sufficient days of supply Identifying new sources for procurement. Required Candidate profile - Must have sound expertise of vendor base for Smart Cities, Metro, Airport project or any other EPC projects- Must have 10 years exp in project execution of EPC projects.- Must exp in end to end procurement life cycle.
