Job Description DJOBS HR Services Hiring for Dispatch Incharge for a Big FMCG Company for Ahmedabad & Vadodara Location. Job Responsibility: » Lead a team of managers and a labor force to ensure timely dispatch of the finished goods to meet our sales targets » Report everyday to the company's Managing director with weekly and everyday dispatch plans and progress. » Coordinate with various internal teams such as production, accounting, logistics, store etc. to develop and execute the dispatch plan » Maintain required stock levels of finished goods for timely deliveries. » Creating reports for the top management. » Responsible for the Dispatch related activities like adhering to dispatch plan, loading slip generation, supervise loading etc. Coordination with Sales, Production, Transporters, Detailed documentation, MIS Report.
