 Job description
» Attend the meeting with across globally and coordinate with various technical Support & Operation team on Call or Bridge to resolve their issue (small to big), in order to minimize the impact on the business.
» Identifies the problem and all significant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.
» Act like SPOC & Bridge between Support & Ops team.
» Co coordinating with team members.
» Assist the team in planning and implementing strategies to attract Ops
» Receive, analyze, monitor, and resolve the day to day meetings
» Other related tasks as assigned by CNX Management Team
» Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives Your job will be highly important in the client satisfaction
» Making the report on everyday basis
» Work on Day, Night & Rotation shift
» Proficient user of Telephonic call Desired expertise:
» Good knowledge of Information technology infrastructure and applications relating to BPO call center environments.
» knowledge of Network, Telecom, Datacom, NOC,Serever related work culture
» Work practice with BPO Call Center environments
» Excellent verbal and written communication expertise in English.
» Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
» Candidate should be a good team player with availability to lgain and drive to achieve.
» Active listening - Diligently pay attention to understand/interpret the issue correctly and maintain documentation on the progress made on Service Restoration Bridge.
» The Candidate should be open to work in Night Shift & Rotation shift.
» Self - starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
» capability to interact with both internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner
» Demonstrated capability to multi - task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable.
» Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
