We are Opening for Manager Grade II, Application Development Job description » Design user conversation, between customer and agents on various channels of communication like chat, email, chat bot, email bot, phone, etc. » Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user practices. » Facilitate the client s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user - testing practices for digital products. » Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide variety of devices and interfaces. » Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. » Make strategic design and user - practice decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. » Take a user - centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. » Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. » Accountable and responsible for meeting project timelines » Work with minimum guidance from senior resources, and collaborate with internal team members, as well as external stakeholders as needed all over each project s lifecycle » Excellent and proven written and verbal communication skills » Ready to work in flexible time zone as per client requirement(s). Qualifications and practice Required » Six or more years of UX design practice.
