Inviting applications for the function of MT Contract Management Analyst responsible for Pricing operations. Ensure the timely and accurate set up of MSA ad agreements on the systems, response to queries, emails, ensure that there is internal and external partner management, operational metrics are followed and reported. Ensuring compliance to customer agreements for on-invoice price, pricing overrides. Develop system and departmental subject matter skills. Uses critical thinking, data analysis, research and contract compliance expertise to provide outstanding customer service and operational excellence Responsibilities » Contract Types: PD Retail, RM, Mail, Email, Appending Batch (EDI), SPD- Same; MD Default, High maintenance, implementations, QAP (Lab), Specialty, Mail, EDI Exceptions » Populate Excel template with T&C s » Lead RID (Rebate Intent Document) to ensure excel template set-up accuracy (Sales Operations & Finance) for New Agreements ONLY » Add/Change/Delete (ACD) Load Distribution Agreements » Book monthly accruals (blend of actuals and estimates) PD Books off Actual and MD books of estimates » Perform analytics, identify production trends, and provide appropriate reporting to management » ACD Tier Alignment » ACD Load Products » Investigate Miscellaneous items from Suppliers and/or internal partners » Run and process EDI exception » Build Dropship scorecard and publish with partners » Work exception reports every day and utilize reporting to identify possible quality issues. » Aggressively work with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements, specifically the timeliness and completeness of information. Responsible for the customer concern of compliance issues. » Populate Excel template with T&C s » Lead RID (Rebate Intent Document) to ensure excel template set-up accuracy (Sales Operations & Finance) for New Agreements ONLY » Set-Up and Run Business Objects Rebate Report » Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded. » Utilize systems and software to execute complex research assignments.
