Come, transform with us.Are you the one We are seeking for We are inviting applications for the function of Manager, HR You'll be under the supervision of an HR Leader, aligns strategic objectives with employees and management in the business units they support for a 24/7 Operations Center. The HRM partners across the HR function to deliver valued service to management and employees that reflect the strategic objectives of the organization. The HRM maintains an effective knowledge about the business unit s financial position, its culture, and its competition while supporting the day-to-day HR needs for the aligned business unit. Responsibilities
» Uses Human Resource and employee Relations skills to support overall business strategies in the areas of training, recruiting, compensation management, performance management, interpersonal planning, headcount management, and employee relations and retention.
» Handles and resolves employee relations queries and issues, including customer concern of more complex situations as appropriate. Conducts effective, detailed and objective investigations. Partners with legal department as needed/required. Provides day to day mentorship to management (mentorship, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
» Monitors and evaluates HR efficiency relative to driving business results and established goals. Prepares management reports. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with Leaders to develop solutions and programs.
» Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures to effect continuous improvement. Partners across HR function to ensure premier service delivery
» Maintains knowledge of industry and legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with legal department as needed/required.
» Partners with the business in implementing effective people initiatives & interventions to increase efficiency, drive employee engagement and improve retention.
» Leads Performance Management processes including effective organizational planning, and execution of Performance Improvement Plans.
» Acts as the aligned HRM to handle HRIS/Time-Keeping and Compensation/Promotion events.
» Adheres to compliance terms for new hires, promotions, transfers, and Compensation Changes.
» Assists international employees with expatriate assignments, movements and related HR matters.
» Conduct New Hire Orientation as needed. Ensure appropriate pre-hire training courses and onboarding requirements are met in line with company/client standards.
» Must be willing to work night scheduled with rotating weekend on-call availcapability supporting 24/7 operations center Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications
» Working knowledge of multiple human resource fields including employee relations, diversity, performance management, learning and development, federal and state employment laws.
» Strong eye for business stabilized with operational orientation
» Superb communication skills verbal, written, presentation, conflict management
» Microsoft Office skills including Word (Intermediate), Excel (Advanced), Power Point (Advanced), Outlook (Basic), Visio (Basic) required
» Able to respond quickly to changing requests; sound sense of urgency
» Results-oriented with validated decision-making skills
» practice resolving complex employee relation issues
» practice working in complex Matrix Org Structure and with Virtual teams. Preferred Appropriate qualifications
» HRCI PHR or SPHR and/or SHRM CP-SCP certification preferred
» significant HR practice
» Bachelor s degree in HR or Business related field required
» practice managing in matrixed organization structures with virtual teams required
» practice working with a diverse workforce required
» practice with expatriate management, visas, work permits, Global Mobility preferred
