We are seeking for appropriate candidates for the position of Territory Manager for Retail Partner Distribution Channel. This position is in a reputed life insurance company.
 
 
 
Position is open in these locations :
 
Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Surat, Ahmedabad, Baroda and Delhi.

»Mandatorytotalpractice : 10+ years in LI Sales (mandatory to have 3+ variable agency practice)
 
Job Responsibilities :
 
 
Sales
» Responsible to drive business through Retail Partner/Insurance consultants/PosP and to ensure location meet its monthly/quarterly & annual business targets.
» Training & Development of Retail Partners, Insurance Consultant & POSPs to ensure sales team in fully equipped with Company products, compensation, market/industry updates.
» Plan and execute activities/strategies which can improve business.
» Responsible for constant recruitment of Insurance Consultant by coordinating with Retail Partners.
» Ensure Retail Partners are hired as per approved budget and everyone achieves goal sheet.
» To build a robust and profitable distribution network ofRPs, ICs and Posps.
 
» To build a Roadmap to plan, achieve his target and expand by achieving his Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual targets in various parameters like Manpower, NB premium, product mix, persistency, RP, IC &Posps Hiring and Activation, club up gradation etc and business quality.
 
 
 
 
 
Sales review
 
 
» To implement sales strategy and ensure productivity of the field force through strong monitoring mechanisms
» Periodically conduct reviews with own team to monitor progress on set objectives, track deviations and provide recommendations on course correction to ensure achievement on each parameters.
» everyday call monitoring of Retail Partners and doing joint calls for smooth execution of business.
 
 
 
Support & Service
» To ensure all support/service is rendered to the customer by coordinating with HO/Regional departments and maintain fair & good relationship with the customers.
» Responsible to implement new changes/process implementing by the organization to the team.
» Ensure customer complaints/grievance are addressed.
 
 
 
Goal Setting with partner
» Allocate and cascade targets to the team, basis evaluation of business potential and team capabilities across territory managed.
» Provide guidance in chasing/ converting/ generating business from RPs of the territory.
 
 
 
Team Building
» Ensure Retail Partners are recruited as per the budget
» Ensure team members achieve their goal sheet and support them for career development.
» Facilitating constant compensates & recognition for team members.
» Ensure team members complete their training Mandates.
