Job Description Dear Candidate, Greetings of the day! We are Hiring for, adjunct Manager/manager For Accounting and Reporting » Minimum 07 years of significant domain/ functional work practice, out of which 4-5 years should be fulfilling managery/ management responsibilities » function involves circa 70% business process management (BPM)and 30% of line management » Service oriented professional and exposure to complaint handling, resolution management » Evidence of spearheading continuous improvement initiatives with evidence of outcome as value-addition. Six Sigma/ Kaizen certification is preferred, but not mandatory » BPM = performing tasks , reviewing and authorizing tasks performed by Associates/ Sr. Associates; controlling the process; performance reporting against established SLAs, workload and capacity management » Line management = leading people i.e. communicate to influence; performance management; people development, staff motivation/ retention, employee engagement compensateing & recognizing etc. » Relationship management = work closely and establish a good working relationship with colleagues in business; may involve limited contact with clients » Operational Risk Assessment & Management practice is a must » Internal Control & Compliance - will be responsible for ensuring that process internal controls are conducted and records kept. Process to comply with local/ regulatory requirements » Hiring resources - for the first 12-15 months, this workload will be high and will taper down to lower hiring involvement. Candidates will be trained on Criteria located interviewing techniques » Has worked on Objective setting for the team. » Has worked on DTP/SOP's. » Has Worked on Migration process. » IFRS expertise mandatory. » Comfortable for Rotational Shifts.
