Key Accounts Manager
» Bring in New business aggressively for Temporary, contingent, permanent, Contract to Hire etc
» Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
» Acquire a thorough knowledge of key customer needs and requirements
» Build and Maintain Relationship with New Clients For Repetitive Business
» Develop sales and demand generation strategy and identify core markets
» Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
» Developing a good knowledge of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers
» Maximize your sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients
» Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
» Achieve agreed revenue goals/profitcapability targets/share and personal development goals
» Client Management, delivery management
» Direct or indirect Team management to ensure adherence to client commitments
» Identification of internal needs and hiring team as and when requirement
» Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
» Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
» Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
» Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
» Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
» Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
