JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Handling service desk tickets as per the defined SOP and TAT also coaching the team as SME.
 
Responsibilities
> Handles/manages the tickets as per the defined SLA/accuracy
> Ensure timely updates are provided to the user within SLA also plays the function of a SME
> Should be able to handle basic reporting of the process deliverables
> Should be able to articulate issue and resolution to end user via Phone/Chat also should be able to take escalation calls
> Should be able to keep a track the priority of the tickets and needs to handle within the stipulated timeline
> Should have fair expertise of SQL/ITIL certification will be an added advantage
> Should be able to do a smoot shift handover when he/she closes the shift
 
Technical Competencies:
» Strong Communication and multi-tasking.
» ITIL certification.
» 2-4 years of technology /customer service practice required.
» Client-facing level one technology support function for a global user-base.
 
Required expertise
» Excellent Communication expertise (Verbal and written).
» Hands-on customer service expertise.
» Problem solving.
» Analytical expertise.
» Good practice in MS Office tools Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
 
practice: 2 years to 6 Years significant practice.
 
Designation: Process Specialist (SME).
 
Job location: PUNE


Shift: 24/7.
 
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream) (10+2+3 Years of full time Education).
