We are Opening for Technical Support/customer Service Voice/non Voice Process
 
Listing description - Inbound Customer Service / Upselling.

Interface with customers via inbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of passively (i.e.; order taking) or actively selling products and providing best in industry customer service.

functions & Responsibilities:-


o Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
o Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm knowledge of requirements or problem.
o Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services & Healthcare vertical.
o Conduct needs-located selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs.

Candidate Profile:-


o
Any Graduate fresher OR Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing with 6 months international calling practice.
o BE/Btech freshers are eligible with minimum 1 year ICC practice.
o Excellent verbal and written communication expertise.
o Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
o income up to 24,000 take home & attractive Incentives amount
