Process: Voice Process (NO Sales and No Target) Job location: Juinagar (Navi Mumbai) Eligibility & Qualification: » Mandatory Fluent in ENGLISH (Verbal & Written) » Freshers and practice: Under Graduate, Graduate or Post Graduate any fields (most considered from commerce, banking, insurance and management background) income: » Fresher: 15000 in hand /CTC is 17000 » practice Graduate : maximum hike of 15% (22000) in hand » practiced under graduate; 17000 k i hand functions & Responsibilities: » Handling Queries and Complaint Voice process:Inbound » Shifts : Rotational » Females: days shifts » Timing: 8am to 4 pm/9 am to 6 pm/ 12pm to 9 pm » Pick and drop service provided » Male: days & Night shifts » Days shifts timing remains the same » Night shift timing: 4 pm to 12: 30 am/10 pm to 7 pm » Pick & drop service provided » Week off :Rotational week off. » 1 and 3 week( 6 days working) week -ends are not fixed. » 2 and 4 week ( 5days working ) week -ends are not fixed.
