» practice in Regional Service Desk / Level1 Support Desk
» Excellent Communication expertise
» practice in Incident Management & Monitoring tool (Dash Board)
» expertise in DB/Unix/Windows/any other technologies (Mandatory)
» practice utilizing any of the tools for ITIL Ticketing REMEDY/CONTROL-M/SERVICE NOW
» Work practice in Infra projects and have ITIL process expertise in problem management or Capacity management, Configuration and Asset management
» Willing to work in 24/7
 
 
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Domain: Voice Process
practice: 1 to 4 Years of practice.
Qualification: Any Graduates/post Graduates (with No Backlogs)
Shifts: 24*7 Shifts/Rotational Shifts
Work Job location: Hinjewadi , Pune
