Contact-9104598583 Locations- Gujarat & U.P functions and responsibilities for Business Development Manager: » Achieving monthly, quarterly & yearly targets of new business generation & renewals assigned by the company. » Achieving targeted Insurance Consultant recruitment, Insurance Consultant Licensing and month to month activation of Insurance consultants. » Recruitment of new Insurance Consultants, coordinating III training, Licensing examination and documentations for recruited Insurance Consultants. » Attending joint sales calls in the field with insurance consultants. » Driving Insurance Consultants to generate new business & renewals of life insurance products on everyday basis. » Motivating Insurance Consultants with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the co. to achieve targets. Conducting regular meets with Insurance Consultant and exercising team building activities on regular intervals. Core Competencies (Functional) To recruit, train, guide and mentor insurance consultants and generating new business and renewals for life insurance products and adhering to all policies of the company and rules & regulations of irda BSM Eligibility Criteria - 4 years proven track record in field sales or marketing with any Industry. 2+ Years of stayed in current city.
