1: ETL Tester
Good knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, Data Analysis, Data ware house architecture and Designing
practiced in DW Projects ETL Testing against DW Testing with informatica
Knowledge on testing process in creation and execution of functional scripts
Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives
Defect management
Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up to date

2: Oracle Apps DBA
Installation, upgrades and managed services practice in Application (11i and R12) and Database (9i, 19g, 11g, 12c)
Must be well versed with AD utilities 3. Cloning and patching applications and databases
Must have knowledge about concurrent managers
Backup and clean up various log files
Must be skilled in sysadmin activities like user administration responsibilities, request groups, register forms, printer setup, register custom applications, etc.
Implementing 24x7 production support procedures
Manage, monitor and configuring workflow Creating database users and maintaining password rights
Backup and recovery skills in RMAN, hot and cold backups 10.Monitoring database using OEM and custom scripts

6:SAP HANA Data Modeling
Developing Information Models using Graphical & Script-located Calculation Views such as Dimension, Cube, Cube with Star Join etc.
Knowledge of the different types of joins and aggregation of measures. Defining the Metadata Import process, Managing Attribute Mapping and Manage Schema Mapping.
Creation of restricted and calculated columns along with filters. Usage of variable and input parameters. Implement Level, Parent-Child & Time-dependent Hierarchies.
Data provisioning using SLT. Strong practice in SAP HANA SQL Programming with SQLScript.
Create scripted calculation-view and migrate Information technology to table functions, stored procedures, data-base triggers.
capability to debug SQL Script. Proficient in SAP HANA performance tuning concepts and data modeling best practices.
Basic knowledge of BW-on-HANA including the creation of Open ODS Views to consume SAP HANA information views and composite providers to join multiple BW objects such as Open ODS Views, Advanced DSOs and master data objects for reporting.

7: SAP SuccessFactors
Minimum 2-3 years of domain practice in HR SuccessFactors
2-3 E2E implementations is desirable

8: SAP Security
Define and implement SAP security and GRC procedures and standards
Conduct monthly SAP security system checks and implement SAP security patches regularly providing monitoring report to management
Review and update SAP COE and Security project charters with security requirements
Review all RFCs to ensure correct estimates for security and authorizations, monitor and report on all RFCs weekly
Perform quality reviews on all SAP authorization functions created or changed
Ensure that all functions are redesigned to SAP security standards, identify and eliminate all SoD conflicts at user and function level. Fix any SAP security or GRC configuration issues
Define project charters for upcoming SAP GRC project phases
Implement automation for on-boarding, off-boarding, monitoring of critical users, functions, transactions and other security parameters on SAP systems
Collect all SAP security reporting data for monthly ORM meetings
Define authorizations and functions for business, COE and Group Information technology users
Testing, validation and signoff of user functions and authorizations
Security planning and support during SAP project integration testing and UAT
Documentation of SAP functions and user authorizations, including design and changes
Address SoD conflicts with input from Security/Business/COE/Audit
Create, change, update users as per business requirements.

Work with functional teams and change management teams to understand the business requirements and gather application security requirements in alignment with the industry best practices

Participate in analyzing and designing security solutions for applications and systems and provide consulting to project teams on security controls needed to enforce security policies and standards

9:SAP SD
Minimum of 2+ years of practice in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
Minimum of 2+ years designing and configuring SD modules.

Handled SD team for AMS and Projects activities.

10:AS400/Mainframe Application Support
Work as Developer/Support Team member for the AS400/Mainframe located development projects
Should be Technically strong and able to guide/mentor other developers in the team
Engage with Offshore Lead on providing regular status updates and timely inputs
Interact with Onshore peers and Business Leads to understand the project requirements
Integration Testing on the components being worked
Dedicated and takes ownership of the tasks being assigned
Should attend any calls related to the project and engage with the team, thus showcasing TEAM WORK.

11 :Unix + Python Application Support
Work practice in the range of 2 to 4 yrs in Information technology industry
Minimum 3 years of practice in application support
Atleast 2 years of practice in Unix Shell Scriptng + Python, Data Base(SQL)
skills on shell scripting
Basic programming knowledge (understand, debug, Troubleshoot) in one of (Java/C/C++)

12:Oracle DBA
Minimum 3 years of significant practice is required
Should have very good practice in Oracle E-Biz Installation, Patching of EBS 11i, R12.1 and R12.2
Good practice in Cloning and Refreshes of Oracle Database and E-Biz applications
Good practice in Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g, 12c administration with strong skills in concepts and architecture and hands on practice on Oracle RAC databases
Backup and Recovery skills with Data guard implementation, RMAN configuration & Setup
Strong knowledge in Database Performance and System tuning skills in Oracle Core DBA and EBS administration
Very good in Troubleshooting of Oracle Databases and E-Biz application
Should have worked with HANG Analyzer, system state dump, SQL Tuning, AWR analysis, Trace file analysis etc.
Good practice in Oracle WebLogic Server Administration
Should good practice on Linux/Unix OS and broad knowledge on Shell scripting and automation
Should have working practice in different OS platforms and cross platform migration skills

Design, architect, and build databases located application systems from business requirements

13:AWS Infrastructure
Build and manage the AWS platform to enable application deployments
Engineer solutions on AWS platform using Infrastructure As Code methods (e.g. Terraform)
practice of building a range of Services in AWS including EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, Databases (e.g. DynamoDB)
Integrate, configure, deploy and manage centrally provided common cloud services (e.g. IAM, networking, logging, Operating systems, Containers)

Fault find and support Applications teams
Ensure good Change management practice is implemented as specified by central standards.
We intend to combine activities of platform (AWS infra) and Qlikview data schedules monitoring and platform support activities.
Work typically involves handling requests (of providing access, moving files on request and approvals etc.), ensuring platform is monitored against critical conditions, jobs are monitored and corrected along the schedule.
The platform monitoring, jobs monitoring etc. are parts of a larger team where Infosys DevOps members are supporting the application layer (fixes/changes and projects). So they work closely together.

14:Incident/Change/Capacity/Problem Management
Incident/Request/Change Manager is Responsible for implementation, execution, governance, reporting and coordination of Incident Management & Request Fulfilment process across all internal and external support groups and Customer stakeholders to ensure resolution of all priority of incidents and requests within the agreed response and resolution timelines.
Facilitate and manage end to end Incident/Change Management & Request Fulfilment Process.
Drive the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Incident/Change Management & Request Fulfilment process.
Enable collaboration and coordination across multiple suppliers and vendors to drive the overall incident lifecycle flow and resolution of cross-supplier incidents and requests
Act as the primary source of management and stakeholder information about the Incident Management & Request Fulfilment process.
Ensure management and customers are sufficiently informed about the Major Impacting Incidents and requests.
Drive Incident/Change Management & Request Fulfilment meetings MI review, reports, etc.
Ensures incidents and requests resolution and management confirm to ITIL process policies & standards.
Provides input into important decisions regarding Incident Management & Request Fulfilment supporting technology requirements.
