Sales Support Specialist
 
Telligent is seeking qualified Sales Support Executives to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an energetic persuasive professional with practice with customer interactions and customer service best practices. Sales practice is a plus but if you are goal-oriented and believe you are able to lgain and understand sales metrics we can train you . We expect you to execute well in a team environment and have exceptional people expertise.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales transactions. If you got bags of charisma that always win people round in an argument, Do you always manage to get yourself out of trouble using your charm alone. In this function you will
» Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or services.
» Answering questions about products or the company
» Asking questions to understand customer requirements
» Inform customer of deals and promotions
» Enter and update customer information in the database
» Take and process orders in an accurate manner
» Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
» Responsible for closing sales over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships.
