Job Description

•Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor services, and other significant information to form marketing strategies
•Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
•Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans
•Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
•Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
•Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
•Approves and supervises the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
•Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
•Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
•Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
•Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
•Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
•Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
•Tracks all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
•Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
•Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
•Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
•Developing and managing advertising campaigns
•Building brand consciousness and positioning
•Spearhead BTL activities, Mobile spa, commercial marketing activities in different cities
•Spearhead End to end process with all Marketing and gifting partners ensuring lead to billing process
•Ensure a minimum 10% YOY increase in new footfalls, Membership redemptions and ticket size.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
•Excellent written and verbal communication expertise
•Proven practice developing marketing plans and campaigns
•Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making expertise
•Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
•Master’s degree a plus
•Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

Consultant for 3 years. At The Four Fountains Spa, Anurag is Director – New Projects & IT.
Saurabh Garg is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Bombay and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in
Management from IIM Ahmedabad. He has worked with Hindustan Unilever for 3 years as Area Sales &
Customer Manager – Gujarat (Rural). At The Four Fountains Spa, Saurabh is Director – Operations &
Finance.
Sunil Rao is a Commerce graduate from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai and
holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management &
Research, Mumbai. He has worked with Hindustan Unilever for 3 years, first as Customer Development
Manager – Modern Trade (West) and later as Key Account Manager – Spencer’s Retail. At The Four
Fountains Spa, Sunil is Director – Marketing & PR.
Spa Locations: The Four Fountains Spa is present at 13 locations across the following cities - Mumbai (3),
Pune (4), Bangalore (2), Kolkata (2), Goa (1), Manali (1), Aurangabad (1) and Bhopal (1). By end of 2012-
13, 20 more spas will be added by launching in Bangalore and Delhi apart from adding more spas in
Mumbai.
Product Profile
The Four Fountains Spa offers spa therapies for de-stressing, de-toxification, immunity and beauty for
men as well as women. These spa therapies include more than 20 Indian and international massages,
facials, body polishes and body wraps. All therapies are provided in a scientific and holistic manner
located on a guest’s needs. A doctor conducts a stress test for each guest and recommends a spa therapy
located on the results of the test. The doctor also suggests a appropriate diet and exercise plan apart from
any lifestyle changes that the guest might need to make. Every therapist undergoes rigorous training at
our dedicated training academy in Mumbai. Information technology is our policy to offer only same-gender therapists to our
guests. Since October 2007, The Four Fountains Spa has served over 55,000 guests and is a highly rated
attraction in most of the cities Information technology operates in as per Tripadvisor. There are more than 150 people
who work across the various branches of The Four Fountains Spa all over India.
