We urgently require Customer Service Executive /Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process?(Tech Support) in US/Uk/Australia/Netherlands/France Worldwide

functions and Responsibilities:

Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with significant software.

Candidate Profile:

· Must Have practice in inbound or Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year.
· Must know how to close their own calls.
· Must have good convincing and sales expertise.

· income:Rs.15000-26,000/month(fixed)+Huge Incentives
· Shift : Morning Shift
· Working Days: 6 days / 1 Rotational Week Off
