Greetings!!
We have urgent opening for Business Development Executive for Pune location for International Sales.
Position: B.D.E
Job Details:
1) Qualify leads from a variety of sources (e.g. LinkedIn, Forums, webinar attendees, web visitors, etc.) via email, telephone calls, and online research.
2) Create outbound email campaign and do cold calling to prospects.
3) Identify prospects, researching the leads (prospects) responding to folks who have responded to outbound email campaigns.
4) Acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones.
5) Effectively and efficiently track all prospects in their assigned regions and nurture them through a lead development process from prospects to qualified sales opportunities.
6) Creative and out of the box thinking in the sales and marketing context.
7) Market research, mapping, and analysis Leading direct customer engagements to reach established targets

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1) Candidate comfortable working in shift timings, SHOULD ONLY APPLY.
2) Must have 1+ years of practice in Internation Software Sales and Marketing.
3) Must have Excellent English communication expertise (verbal and written). Accent neutralization for the international market would be a plus.
4) Knowledge of the US market is MUST. Exposure to Canada/Europe market will be an additional advantage.
5) Candidates with practice in Casino or Insurance/Healthcare Law vertical will be preferred.
6) knowledge of Web Technologies, SEO, Digital Marketing, Internet Marketing, offshore software services model is a must.
7) practice in developing a lead pipeline from the ground up including cold calling, building new accounts and converting this leads into Sales (Closure).
8) Must have excellent telephone presence with demonstrated expertise including the capability to engage in significant conversations with and to make remote presentations to all levels of management and technical professionals.
